Unique Oasis is a cozy one bedroom offers free wifi and parking. The comfortable semi-studio apartment has a kitchenette, and in-unit laundry. It is surrounded by all necessary amenities such has shopping center, supermarkets, restaurants, cinema, parks and walking trail.
The space
The apartment is above ground basement. Guess enter the property via the back entrance in the subdivision. Common entrance is used to enter the apartment.
Guest access
The guess does not share the living space. The premise has two parking spot, one in the garage and the other in front of the garage. Guess make their own parking arrangement with the shared parking spot with other guest.
Other things to note
Every Thursday morning by 7 am guest is required to place garbage outside at bottom of drive way to be picked up by the garbage removal truck. Bins must be returned in garage by end of day after pickup. Please read house rules for further details
