"Very nice and tidy place. Only complaints would be the thin walls and the heater isnt very warm. I wouldnt recommended coming in the middle of winter if youre not used to the cold. "

"From check in to check out, the service at HM was impeccable. The Front desk team, particularly Marcus and his phenomenal knowledge of HM's history, was incredibly educational and entertaining. Thanks to Marcus and his knowledge, we learnt so much about the history of HM and it made our experience so much more endearing. Every team member assisted us with our enquiries regardless of their allocated/designated work areas (Theresa!) and the rooms and facilities are sinply breathtaking. Thank you Marcus and the entire HM team for making our stay so much more memorable and one we will never forget.
