"This property advertised free wifi, but NO wifi was in any of the rooms. Also the heater for the room was controlled by the owner via a timer, which was only on for a couple of hours in the evening. We were freezing all night long. We would never stay or recommend this hotel. Expedia need to check on their hotel choices before offering them."

"We had an excellent stay here! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the suite was rustic yet modern with a beautiful view, and the restaurant served delicious locally-sourced dishes paired with excellent regional wine. Getting to the Agriturismo involves some tricky driving as the owners themselves will describe in their welcome email. If we did it, though, so can you - and the drive will be worth your while!"

"Authentic farmhouse property - very quaint and quiet. It added to the sense that we were assimilating into Italy and not just staying in a hotel that could be anywhere in the world. The owners are fabulous - kind and considerate. We were there when it was too cold to use the pool. The countryside is just gorgeous. The food they prepared was delicious. They do not speak a lot of English but I was able to communicate adequately. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"The owner, Lorenzo and his family were very welcoming. We were very fortunate to be able to go on a hike on the property with Lorenzo, who was a wealth of knowledge on the history of Tuscania and its people. Throughout the hike, we were able to see, climb into caves and learn of the ancient Etruscan civilization and the Necropolis that lies beneath the present day agricultural areas. We not only had a beautiful suite to rest in for a couple of days, an on-site chef who fixed magnificent...

"We decided to stay at Podere Giullio, because we wanted to be kind of close to the airport after getting off s flight from Sicily to Rome. The drive from the airport was a little longer than we anticipated and we did have difficulties finding the agriotouriismo ....but after some friendly directions from a lovely man just closing up his shop, we finally arrived and happy to be there. What a lovely place. We had a suite that would sleep 4 comfortably. The best part was the restaurant on the farm....

"Marili met us at the door and was very friendly. She thought of EVERYTHING! The apartment is very well equipped. Marili offers many other tourist related services too but we weren't there long enough to take advantage of them. Would love to go back again for a longer stay. Civitivecchia is much more beautiful than I thought it would be."

"We were so impressed with Casa Sul Mare! Can’t say enough about how amazing our stay was there the night before our cruise. The people who own and operate this B & B are thoughtful, pleasant and very helpful. Our accommodations- one of only 5 rooms - was clean and updated. It had everything that we needed and then some. We would return here and highly recommend it. "
