Villa Cristina by Escape Home

Access from two streets, from Carrer de S'espigol and from Carrer des Pins. A few metres away there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and the sandy beach of Cala Blanca with its sunsets.
The house has a tourist licence for 4 people and consists of 150m2 of construction.
Its exterior consists of a private pool with an outdoor shower with a built-in barbecue and a beautiful covered terrace with comfortable sofas to spend pleasant summer evenings.
Its ground floor interior consists of a living room with a Smart TV, free wifi and comfortable sofas.
A well-equipped open kitchen with a dining room with table and chairs. The kitchen has a microwave, capsule and Italian coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, fire blanket and all the necessary kitchenware.
Guest toilet, garage with washing machine, electric water heater (iron and ironing board), fire extinguisher.
On the upper floor we find:
1 bedroom with 2 beds with air conditioning and fan with terrace
1 double bedroom with air conditioning and fan with TV and terrace
1 single bedroom with air conditioning
Bathroom with bathtub

The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.
The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
Pets are not allowed.
