Fantastic views
Spacious and well equipped and perfect for myself and two grown up daughters. Very quiet neighbourhood. A car is recommended. On the down side the mattresses were not very comfortable especially the double mattress where the springs could be felt. We also had a broken hob - this matter was not communicated to us until I mentioned it and then was told that they were waiting for the insurers to replace it. Unfortunately we had already done our shopping and had to find alternative ways to cook. On first entry which was night time we accidentally set of the alarm feeling for a light switch. There are no instructions for anything. I am sorry that sounds like a lot of moaning but we really did enjoy our stay.

El Charrito family holiday
Overall we had a nice stay at El Charitto which is located in a quiet area with lovely views out to sea. The first day/check in was a little traumatic disappointing (just a key left in key box for us to pick up and no information/welcome pack in the property). To make matters worse there was a storm as we arrived which caused a power cut in the villa and as nothing had been provided (no bread milk etc) we had no food, light or electricity on the first night also the property had very few candles, working lighters/matches so we were left in darkness which was not great as we were travelling with 2 young children. A property manager did come out to us but was unable to resolve anything or supply us with candles or food which was disappointing. Thankfully the next morning all was fine again with the electricity working and we enjoyed the remainder of our stay. I appreciate that is was a freak storm when we arrived and we were just unlucky with the weather during our stay but I do also think the initial check in could be improved ideally with a person to meet guests to show them around the property or at the very least a welcome/information back with some basics (bread milk, water).

The property is situated in a lovely quiet location only problem was noise from neighbours carrying out renovation due to time of year. Also property would benefit from heating at this time of year as 2oil heaters was not enough at night.can beawindy location as right on coastbut sunsets were spectacular.

Basic property; Good location
On the plus side, the location (views) is great and road outside is quiet. The pool was lovely. On the downside, the property is basic and not well equipped. Not enough bathroom towels to go round (although the property manager gave us more) and the quality of the towels was poor. No beach towels (to be fair they told us that before we arrived). House was very hot and despite being told there would be fans, there were only two in the property, and we needed one for each bedroom (3) plus one in the living room. The day after we arrived I went to the supermarket to buy two more and spend the morning putting them together. The kitchen is not well stocked with cutlery or crockery and the appliances are very tired. The pool was lovely but the pool loungers were broken. Very low water pressure in the evening (often a dribble coming out of the taps) and not enough hot water for four quick showers (very small hot water tank). Some simple fixes/upgrades would make this property lovely and good value, as it is in a great location (sea front).

A very good Villa.
Paying for this is a bit odd, but works. Picked the keys up from Antonio , smashing guy, who even took us and our suitcases down to the villa in his car. We had a transfer from the airport. The Villa was very clean and tidy. All the basics there for your stay. Only one full bath towel each, but they soon dry in the Sun. Lovely small pool and plenty of chair's and sunbeds to use. Sitting outside for breakfast and watching the world go by was a good start to the day. Very quiet whilst we were there. 15 to 20 minute walk into cala n Bosch, which has plenty places to eat and drink in. All in all a nice place to stay for a quiet break.

Lage und Aussicht perfekt
Die Lage und die Aussicht waren perfekt. Wir erlebten wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Der Garten war relativ ungepflegt und die Aussendusche funktionierte nicht. Die neue stand zwar dort wurde aber nicht montiert. Für zum Badetücher oder Wäsche zum aufhängen fehlte ein Wäscheständer.

Une vue magnifique
Un cadre extérieur exceptionnel. Les gérants ont été très disponible à nos moindres demandes. La maison est bien équipée avec les deux salles de bain refaite à neuf récemment. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Auf den Bildern sah das Haus viel viel besser aus, als es in Wirklichkeit ist. Die Lage ist absolut traumhaft und man hat jeden Abend spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge. Wir waren total enttäuscht und auch erschrocken über die Außenanlage des Hauses. Wir hatten kaputte Gartenstühle, total verschmutzte Sitzkissen - wirklich sehr ekelig. Der Rasen war nicht gemäht. Wir saßen quasi auf einer Wiese. Der Pool versprach nicht das, was das Foto her gab. Die Liegen waren nicht in Ordnung, und die Auflagen waren auch absolut schmutzig. Da man ja sehr viel Zeit draußen verbringt, waren wir absolut enttäuscht vom äußeren Bereich des Hauses. Dort haben wir uns wirklich nicht wohl gefühlt - leider. Im Inneren des Hauses gab es einige Stellen, wo der Putz von den Wänden fiel. Die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Wenn man gerne etwas nettes kochen möchte, wird das sehr schwer. Ansonsten war das Haus von innen okay. Sehr einfach ausgestattet, aber sauber - bis auf die Sofaecke, die wieder voller Flecken war. Heike, die Verwalterin des Hauses ist super nett. Sie war immer da, wenn man Hilfe brauchte und hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Danke Heike 👍 Unser Fazit ist, dass wir dieses Haus nie wieder buchen würden und es auch nicht weiter empfehlen können. Denn die zwei kostbaren Wochen im Jahr an Urlaub sollten doch wirklich stimmen.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche hier verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben, sehr ruhig gelegen, geräumig und perfekt ausgestattet. Der Pool ist grandios und jeden Abend gibt es schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Allein die Betten waren für uns etwas zu weich. Für alle, die einen ruhigen Ausgangspunkt zur Inselerkundung suchen, sehr zu empfehlen.

Maison très bien située, au calme, avec une belle vue sur mer. Cuisine bien équipée. Juste un problème avec la fermeture de la porte extérieur vite réglé par nous mêmes. Si l'occasion se présente, nous y reviendrons.
