"Property has a lot of character. Nice bar and restaurant but on Friday and Saturday night the bar and restaurant closes at 9 PM. Have to go off property to get a cocktail. Makes it very inconvenient."

"This is a stunning property in the old classical sense of dark paneling, interesting furnishings, beautiful bedrooms, brass fixtures, etc. Sleigh beds in the rooms, not just a headboard fastened to the wall! Truly elegant. The Wellington dining room and bar were great. HUGE selection of bourbons and interesting menu. Only faults were a noisy room due to traffic on the street outside...maybe better soundproofing windows in the future. And LIGHT!! The bathroom was very well lit and spacious but there was only ONE dim lamp on the bedside table. No overhead. Difficult to even pack or unpack! But we'd definitely stay again. Maybe bring our own lightbulbs. ; )"
