It had everything we needed and was walking distance to a store, great places to eat, and the San Diego Padres Stadium. Communication was great and timely with the property manager. "Overall stay was okay, apartment was very small than what the pictures depict and the entry way smelled like dog pee. It is close to walk around places but the hotel across the street plays loud music for a club or something "

"We chose this home for it's proximity to Little Italy/Gaslamp Qtr. While it is near, it was not exactly a short walking distance but nothing a quick Uber/Lyft couldn't accommodate! The rental was beautiful, crispy clean with super comfortable beds. The in-unit washer/dryer is very convenient and for the coffee drinkers in our group, the coffee bar was much appreciated! "I came to San Diego for a conference in the San Diego Convention Center. It was a 15 minute walk to the convention center, which was pleasant and a nice way to get some easy exercise (the weather is beautiful!). The place was clean. I appreciated the welcome snacks. There are two grocery stores close by, including right across the street. I watched the sunset each night from the roof top. You are in walking distance from the Gas Lamp district. "had a gerrible check in process. did not give me the address way in advance. when did give address, gave a false address. when i arrived, to the false address, it took me 45 minutes before i was able to get into the correct apartment because of the owner's asking for additional documentation from me. very disturbing. the apartment itself is mimimalist. no instruction book. very poor lighting. no parking. "
