"The hotel location is excellent! Very comfortable and the front desk staff just super helpful and nice. The AC did not work the 1st night but I still gave them 5 stars because the fixed it right away the following morning."

Llegamos,m en horario pero nuestra habitación no estaba lista por un problema con los huéspedes anteriores, por lo que enseguida resolvieron el problema y nos dieron una habitación mejor. El desayuno es variado, abundante. Está ubicado bien en el centro, cerca de todo. Sin dudas, volvería. "

"I cannot fault this hotel, the location is perfect for the arena and the Piazza Bra. The reception has a lovely large lobby area with comfy sofas and a bar. My room was quiet, clean, well designed and comfortable. The shower room looks new. Breakfast was excellent, with loads of variety. All the staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the receptionist on duty on Sunday evening 15th June who went out of his way to arrange taxis to the airport for 5 of us when we were panicking because we couldn't find one. "

"Lovely place and clean. The staff are so helpful; they're excellent and couldn't wish for better. The hotel is very well placed for The Arena/Piazza Bra as well as Piazza Erbe - lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. A short walk to "Juliet's Balcony & house". Trains to Lake Garda and beyond; the bus to other places. Very cheap and the train in particular was very reliable. Our ultimate accolade for the hotel is: We would gladly stay there again. "Amazing hotel! Highly recommend. Chef was awesome, & dining on the terrace with views was special! Even our farewell bag of goodies they gave us was great. I’m a picky person, I told the staff, if I could have my own boutique hotel, I would model it after their hotel! Cheers!"
