"The rooms are not the cleanest. There was food left over in the fridge from a previous guest (including milk that expired a week prior); the sofa bed sheets were dirty and there was an old washcloth in them. We couldn’t/wouldn’t use the sofa bed. The bathroom had visible mold, and the shower leaked all over the floor. At checkout time there was a sign saying that the lobby was closed; so we had to wait for the employee to come back so that we could check out. Nice area, but sketchy guests. ...

"Steer clear of this property. 90% of the rooms are filled with long term residents. The place reeks of weed, and the elevator smelled like a diaper genie. The noise level from the front and back block parties went on until 1am."
