"Ok first of all you never told me we have to be there before 10, u only said to call to check in, and i did bit unfortunately when i arrive nobody was there and i stayed in practically in the streets and they didn’t gave me a refund, so i expect u guys do something."

"This was a great hotel. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Big, comfy bed and window overlooking the inner terrace. Within walking distance to the Prado and Plaza Major. Would stay here again and highly recommend. "
