Property is showing its age overall, I was missing towels from the room, the duvet cover was stained, etc. Just lots of issues starting to show. Wouldn't probably stay there again, but is not out of the question."

"I had to move rooms three times in three days, the AC kept breaking down, not good at all considering the weather. Food at the restaurants was ok, staff are very friendly and do try to help, it is not their fault that air conditioning in the rooms does not work. Will not recommend a stay here."

"I was given a room that I could hear the traffic, so had problem trying to get to sleep. In the early morning (around 3 to 4 am), I was woken up by loud prayers. Had trouble getting back to bed. Went to Front Desk & request for a change to a quiet room, as I had to stay 4 nights. The staff managed to get me a quiet room. So no problem from the 2nd night onwards. Cynthia, the Manager gave me one free breakfast. Chef Juana & other staff in the Breakfast Room were so nice. They explained the local cuisine & tea, and I enjoyed my breakfast there. "
