"It was clean and tidy and decent kitchen facilities, there was no coffee table or table to eat at so we had to eat on our laps which was not ideal. The garden could do with a gate as it's on the main road to Pwllheli - we could not let our dogs out. The garden was chipping pretty much and surrounded by a caravan motorhome storage , no plants and pretty uninviting so we never used it even though the weather was good - the garden could do with some plants. "Very welcoming staff, nothing too much trouble, rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice and fresh items available if asked. Good position in town, walking distance to everything and able to park behind building off the main road."

"Lovely place, amazing surroundings. Breakfast was very nice. Can’t fault a single thing."

"Wonderful stay! Accommodation was very clean, well equipped and lovely and warm after a day walking in the rain! Food was great and staff very attentive. Wonderful views, very peaceful and the cabana was a bit different which the kids loved especially going up the ladder to bed."

"The people here were very kind and helpful, I would recommend to anyone staying in Porthmadog!"

"Both the town, restaurant, and stay were amazing! Very friendly people!"

Not only did I get that, but they put me in a double room! Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant/bar was very nice and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Was a perfect place to stay just below the Castle. Great food and drinks at the hotel. Lots to explore,in town and the beach"

"It was perfect for our stay. Firstly, it was only 5 minutes walk from Harlech Railway station, which was great as we came by train (the ride in along the coast is gorgeous by the way). It is also very convenient for the amazing beach, the wonderful castle & the bustling little town & shops. Our room was clean, quiet & a good size, with a lovely view of the castle. I had the best sleep I've had for a while. The staff were helpful & friendly & gave us good tips about the local area. Also, just...

"Very dirty property, dirty tissues, crumbs and dirty bedding in the rooms, had to leave as we refused to stay there unfortunately"
