"I really enjoyed my stay but the only negative was I was on the top floor and late on in the evening the noise was terrible coming from some kind of generator."

"Great location with plenty of places to eat out nearby. My Lahore next door was great and the Kirkstall brewery do good beer and pizzas."

"My parents enjoyed their night here, thank you"

"There’s a lovely feel to the place. It has an excellent location and really pleasant surroundings. Highly recommended!"

"I really can’t express how disappointed you will be. Staff felt like they really don’t want to be there. If you like broken beds, dirty dusty rooms, cutlery that’s not been washed, beans that are not even no frills, the whole place is like something out of horror movie. I could go on for ages. Stinking towels is like a speciality"

"Lovely comfy room Great Breakfast Fabulous location and Staff"

"We loved the hotel"

"The room was clean but the corridor carpet needs a deep clean and proper hoovering. Aldo kitchen staff needs more training how they should talk to their customer with their request. Jane was very helpful and quickly sorted breakfast out for us. Shortage of staff can not be a excuse for not providing the service."

"Nice hotel in a great location. Free breakfast always nice"

"Clean room and big bathroom"

"They should put out information about no amenities and services like telephone, iron, microwave and fridge. We should know before hand before we book"

"Smooth check in, clean room with good tea & coffee options, rooms serviced daily, security on point."

"Very good value for money. The hotel is in a great location and our stay was perfect. The staff were very helpful and we appreciated the complimentary upgrade"

"Comfortable and clean room, felt very cosy. Only downside to the stay was noise from the street below until the early morning which we hadn't experienced at previous visits"
