"This was an excellent hotel. It was well located, very clean, and the rooms were spacious and interestingly designed. The elevator was big (fit 5 people and 3 suitcases!), especially for an historic building. Reception was friendly and efficient. Housekeeping was available every day, you just have to put out a door sign to come clean your room, which we were explained when we checked in. We have relatives in Krakow we were visiting, and we’re already planning to stay here again when we come next time."

"From the moment we stepped out of the taxi everyone was so helpful and accommodating. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival which was a lovely surprise. The suite was huge and the bed incredibly comfortable. A very large glass of sparkling wine at the reception desk was very much appreciated. I really liked how when we approached and left the desk the receptionist stood up - a small but personal and professional touch. They generously made breakfast boxes for our full day tour which got us thru until dinner. The breakfast was good although my 1st breakfast missed a side dish I asked for - the service at breakfast was at times slow and we always had to ask for napkins. We had dinner in the bistro on our first night because of such a late arrival. For a Marriott I would have liked to seen more non polish dishes on offer - in fact I don’t think there was anything “international”. The location of the hotel is so central we happily dined elsewhere for the other two evenings. The hot tub (could have been hotter) but the sauna was very welcomed after a long day sightseeing. The outside roof terrace is missing a trick. We went up there when it was open and no one was there and the tables hadn’t been cleared. It was a lovely evening so that’s a shame. The concierge was a hero of m my trip. I left my iPad in my room and they quickly arranged a driver to take it to the airport. He communicated throughout and I’m very grateful. I would absolutely stay there again"

"As a travel agent I highly recommend staying here and it’s adult only. It includes breakfast and a bottle of champagne and fruit now that’s what I call looking after your guests. Arthur was amazing and so very helpful he went above and beyond that’s for sure he needs a promotion, the rest of the staff we seen was also very friendly and helpful and again smiles. The jacuzzi bath now that’s something that came in very handy and the end of each day with very tired legs ( chronic pain ) the beds was comfortable and we have a beautiful view of the square and honestly a small bit of noise but nothing that would keep you awake. We forgot to order a breakfast to go the morning we was leaving as it was an early morning flight but we were not bothered. I can not wait to return to this amazing hotel"

"It was very nice. The breakfast menu is superb. However, for 5 stars Id expect at least a pen in the room, no stains on the kettle and a staff that will walk with me to check the keys and not let me go up and down 3 times by myself Just because they mixed up room numbers."

"Spacious apartment located on the busiest pedestrian street of Old Town but didn't front the street so it was pretty quiet. Large clean bath, well appointed kitchen, nicely furnished, adequate Internet reception. No elevator building but the young man at the desk was kind enough to carry my luggage up the 70 stairs to let into the apartment. On site manager will be a requirement for me for further rentals given the difficulty I had with the place in Krakow."
