"Conveniently located between Nishitetsu (Tenjin) and Yakuin stations. Very near Mitsukoshi and Daimaru. 20 minute walk to Canal City/Kushida Shrine/Kawabata. Loads of small restaurants all around. Better than a budget hotel in the same price range because of well-thought-out additional in-house facilities (shared) such as the full kitchen and laundry plus free essentials on a needs basis. Great for a longer stay (17 days) combining work and leisure. Room was bright, clean and quiet - we opted for the twin with balcony for extra space instead of the double, but a double would be fine for a short stay."
