Apartment room was tiny with barely room to move around the bed, but quiet and dark for sleeping. Like that it was walking distance to places to eat. Wished coffee had been supplied for both nights we were there and that sugar packets were not old and caked.

The property is smart & well maintained. Well equipped and stocked with toiletries, washing & dishwasher powder. Located within easy walking distance of the main centre, with cathedral, restaurants & shopping there. A few yards from a tram stop, located outside the interesting quake museum. Great accomodation for short or long stay in Christchurch. Easy walking distance to the city centre and the tourist tram passes right past the building. Spacious and well appointed apartment with secure off street parking. Washer and dryer a bonus when staying for 4 nights as we did. Highly recommend if visiting Christchurch.
