The Colonial is a little dated but excellent value for money and very central to the corner of Papanui Road and Bealey Ave.

Socks under desk, curtains dont fit, toilet water rises every flush , not cleaned very well for a motel, dysty and dirty abobe shelf in kitchenette. They gave us milk each day when we asked then all of a sudden no, so had to get our own, always had to ask for tea bags. They did change our towels daily and wipe around the bath room no blow dryer or power point in bathroom for one.very tired motel Handy to city, we only slept there as out all dsy
