Brand new luxury apartment overlooking Hagley Park, boasting a unique indoor outdoor experience plus idyllic sunrise and sunsets.Walking distance to Westfield Mall where you will find a variety of fashion boutiques,general stores and excellent Restaurants ,cafes and supermarket.
Walking distance to public transport,right at your door and Public Hospital.10 mins to CBD.

This one bedroom apartment plus a sofa bed can be dropped down to accomodate 2 extra guests .A perfect hang out for relaxing and enjoying a spot of TV or perhaps sitting in the private courtyard with a glass of wine or a good book ..

Close to Beautiful Hagley Park 5 mins to Public Hospital,Avon River,Botanical Gardens ,Riverside Market,The Terrace (a popular strip in town with numerous upmarket Restaurants )and CBD.
Public transport on both sides of Riccarton Road.Westfield Mall is 10 minutes walk.You will find great Eateries,Cafes and Bars plus Mall shopping and Supermarket.Directly opposite is a 24 hour Diary and a number of takeaway food outlets.
We have strict rules in place to ensure to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noises outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late check outs must be requested 24 hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged ay $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

This was a brief stay after a week of work and travel. It was a great spot to take a break in and around town. As identified in the information it is a bit noisy from traffic, but we expected that. Overall a great spot - we love Hadlee park.

Apartment was great for a couple for our 11 night stay. Had everything we needed. Clean, new, well heated/cooled, super comfortable bed and plenty of entertainment options on the TV. Full kitchen with washer/dryer, though could have done with some baking/microwave dishes etc. Lovely park view and convenient location - on a busy intersection, but wasn't a problem noise wise for us - just a bit loud on Fri/Sat nights. No parking onsite, but free street parking a few hundred metres away was always easy to find. Great value compared to other accommodation options. We would definitely stay again.

The town house is in a great location and feels quite spacious for a one bedroom. The amenities are new and in good condition. Location close to Hagley Park and Riccarton Mall is handy.It was disappointing and misleading that the ad states onsite parking available (this was on the ad at time of booking, check in and at the time of this review being posted) and the main reason for me booking this over another option. When I arrived onsite I messaged the property manager to ask which townhouse I had booked, as it was unclear in the welcome message received and there is at least 10 potential townhouses it could have been, I also asked about the onsite parking as I didn't want to park in the wrong spot and upset neighbours. I was abruptly told 'we have never had parking onsite' and that it is street parking Darvel Street that is the closest.
