"American traveler here. I had a great stay at this hotel in Chongqing and would highly recommend it to other travelers, especially those visiting from abroad. The rooms were extremely spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The bathroom was one of the highlights, with a modern toilet, large soaking tub, excellent walk-in shower, and dual vanity sinks, which was especially convenient since I was traveling with my partner. The bed was also very comfortable, with high-quality Western-style pillows that made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. We ate at the hotel restaurant twice during our stay. The dinner buffet had a great selection, including a variety of fresh seafood and many local Chinese dishes. We also had breakfast there, which offered freshly made eggs along with a large selection of Chinese breakfast dishes and other options. The location was another big advantage. There were plenty of shopping areas and restaurants nearby, with everything from local Chongqing cuisine to familiar Western chains. The hotel was also conveniently located near the metro, making it easy to travel around Chongqing and visit different parts of the city. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Between the spacious rooms, excellent bathroom, comfortable beds, good food, and convenient location, this hotel offered everything we needed while visiting Chongqing. I would definitely recommend it to other travelers."

"Absolutely exceeded all my expectations from check in to check out. All staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and made this stay even better. Service was top notch. Cici at the front desk was so helpful, patient, and lovely. She offered suggestions that made our stay so nice and also was there for our departure. The facilities were beautiful. The lobby just breath taking, views from our rooms were spectacular and the layout and space for each room were wonderful. Breakfast was amazing and so delicious at botanica. All the restaurants were so beautiful and had amazing food. The club lounge access was such a nice perk. Tea time, cocktail hour were solid. Both times had lots of food where you could have a full meal. The pool sauna steam room also so clean and beautiful and quiet. The hot tub was so nice after long days of walking. There is so much to explore and see just at the hotel vicinity. Nice mall under hotel that made it easy to eat as well and just a 15 min didi ride from the city center. 2 river cruise tour is next door and easy to access. We booked same day no problem. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in all my years of travel. Staff and service are amazing. Building maintenance stop notch. So Clean and architecturally beautiful. Amenities wonderful. Will stay here again. Cannot thank Cici enough for her warm welcome. We felt very welcomed at the intercontinental raffles city."

"This hotel has pros and cons. I still gave it 5 stars because it’s at a great location. So I’ll start with what’s positive. Our room was amazing but is. Not kid friendly. A lot of sharp edges and corners around the pool. There’s lot of places to eat and shops around literally. There’s a Lawsons and a coffee shop downstairs in the same building. You don’t know how important that is because some hotels don’t have gift stores."

"The location is perfect. Food places and toursit spots within a 10-20 min walk from the hotel. The metro was also close by. My room was cleaned daily and the front desk staff knew enough English and I knew enough Chinese that we were able to communicate seamlessly. I would definitely book a stay in this hotel again. 24hr gym with free use of the laundry included."
