"The hotel has been nicely remodeled since my last stay there about 9 months ago. Very nice enhancements without losing its charm. There now an Italian restaurant on the premises which upgrades the dining options without leaving the hotel. This is my favorite place to stay when I go to Puebla very year"

"We stayed for 4 nights to visit family and friends and we loved the hotel. Very well located, very central without having to be in the middle of the city center. We had really nice views. The staff was very friendly and the rooms really clean and comfy. The breakfast was great and the van service was a great plus!!"

"Elegimos este hotel por su ubicación, que es muy conveniente, pero la experiencia fue bastante incómoda: 1. Reservamos una habitación con una cama y un sofá cama, pero el sofá cama era tan pequeño e incómodo que no pudimos descansar bien. 2. La habitación tenía muy poco aislamiento acústico. Se escuchaban claramente las conversaciones de la habitación contigua e incluso las vibraciones del celular. En la madrugada, el ruido de los pasos en la habitación de arriba fue constante. En general, no pudimos descansar y la experiencia no cumplió con nuestras expectativas."
