The hotel is the best in the city, it has an incredible view, the rooms are luxurious, I really loved visiting the city and resting comfortably.

The hotel and room were beautiful, and the view was absolutely amazing. However, the location is quite far from the city, and there aren't many stores or amenities nearby. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservation after just one night due to this inconvenience. Despite not using the facilities for the remaining days, the hotel has not issued a refund. I hope they reconsider and process the refund for the unused nights.

It’s clean and the room was very nice with a flying balcony. No hot water, they let us use a room two floors down to take a hot shower. It’s very affordable though I’d stay there again

I didn’t like how they said they have a restaurant but they only open it if you have a group of people. My mom and aunt couldn’t eat there. They should have put that or notified the customer when you’re trying to book it. I wouldn’t have booked this for the if I knew.

El hotel no corresponde a la publicidad, la TV no funcionaba. El día jueves 11 de septiembre llegué al hotel y estuve solamente alrededor de 1 hora con quince minutos (entre registro, subir a la habitación y check out). Cancelé, llené el formato de rembolso. Me dijo la recepcionista que en el transcurso de una semana harían el reembolso y hasta la fecha no lo ha realizado. Me he comunicado a través de llamadas telefónicas, correo electrónico y WhatsApp y nunca me dan solución.

El desayuno sabía que iban a dar café, fruta y pan, pero yo esperaba frutas picadas en un plato con miel, granola, esperaba mi pan tal ves con Mantequilla o mermelada para acompañar y mi cafecito en una taza pero no, me dieron una mini manzana como para niños de kinder, un pan y mi cafe en un vaso se unicel, me he quedado en otros hoteles hasta mas baratos y mi desayuno continental super bien. El la habitación no habia ni teléfono, los contactos limitados y lejos de la cama, no habia ni shampoo, ni jabón, ni agua de cortesía, fue todo decepcionante, es el primer hotel que me ha tocado asi. Y las paredes son de tablaroca osea que todo vas a escuchar escuché cuando un bebe estuvo llorando desde las 5pm hasta las 2am entiendo es un bebé pero los papás despues de que el bebé se durmió ellos empezan a platicar y a reír muy fuerte, por las mañanas escuchaba la radio de las señoras del servicio, parecía que estaban dentro de mi habitación, no lo recomiendo para descansar, aparte queda lejos del centro 😔 me arrepiento de haberme quedado en ese hotel. Aparte desde el día uno en mi baño habia un pelo en la pared de la regadera y ese pelo estuvo durante toda mi estancia.
