"Room was disgusting and so were sheets did not stay "

"Due to a shortage of housekeeping staff we couldn’t get into our room until 6pm! The floor in our room was gritty due to sand being brought into the room. The room obviously hadn’t been swept for some time and the shower tray wasn’t particularly clean. Location of hotel was very good, right on the beach. The beach was great, white powdery sand. We sat on the beach and didn’t use the pool as there was loud music blearing out there. There were lots of kids running around. Hotels.com website says that beach sun loungers and umbrellas are complimentary, but in fact this is incorrect as you had to pay $55 per day!"

"The property was dirty. While my room looked okay at a glance the floors were dirty, there was trash & a dead bug by the headboard of the bed. The carpet, stairwells and entryway were dirty. Elevators were not cleaned regularly and always nasty—just an air of disregard for the property in general. The staff were very nice in general."

"Place was ok but not great for the price. Breakfast was terrible so expect to go out for that. Staff was ok but not great either. We had a bad tv amd informed the staff and was assured that it would be handled but again nothing was ever done about it. On the positve side, views from the bay side were great and it was quiet and had a comfortable bed. Overall would not stsy jere again though. There are much better places for the price that we paid."

"The room was clean and orderly. Plenty of storage space. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Made sure we had everything we needed for the room. Breakfast selection was good, too! Had variety of options to choose from. Kept items well in stock and the area clean. Outdoor pool was lovely. The kids enjoyed it!"

"This was a very nice facility. It had a lot of amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, ping pong, putting green and movie room. A great place to stay with your family and friends. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything clean."
