"The bathroom is not clean. Toilet bowel with stains. Shower head is broken. Very noisy, the tram and car right outside the hotel. Terrible experience."

"Huge mess up with our rooms. I booked 2 twins and one king. They got us one double room, one twin and one single. After 5 hours of no resolution and them insisting that a King Bed is the same as a single bed, the receptionist finally convinced her manager to get my mother the King bed at 9.45pm at night after she had already fallen asleep after an almost 24 hour plane journey. I appreciate the receptionist and the manager finally making this right, but my poor mother woke up and moved rooms in her pajamas so the resolution would have been more appreciated if it were sooner."

From the location, the aesthetics to the staff, the free breakfast, the rooftop restaurant, the amenities, my stay was a 10 out of 10. "We never had wifi in our room even after complaining several times. Had to call for the TV to work. We've had to go to reception just to get our cell phones to get wifi. Breakfast was okay, but tajines were covered with a very heavy lid that made it hard to get anything because there wasn't enough space to put the lid down. "
