It’s worth bearing in mind that the rooms overlooking the street are a bit noisy from people passing by below (not the hotel’s fault) so I recommend earplugs for light sleepers. "

"Our stay at Hotel Le Fontanelle was the highlight of our two week trip to Italy! The views are breathtaking and we enjoyed strolling around the grounds. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had wonderful meals at the hotel restaurant and the restaurants at the Club House. The shuttle service between the hotel, the club house, and the winery was very convenient. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone- we’ll be dreaming about our stay here for a while! "
