"Jättefin och tillmötesgående receptionist/ hotell manager. Gav mig en karta och ringade in och visade mig det bästa av staden. Gav tips och gav noggranna instruktioner. Rummet var exceptionellt bra, rent, rymligt och väggmålningen var gudomligt fin. Skön säng sov jättebra. Hade tillgång till kyl, AC, handdukar, täcke, extra kuddar, tv tillgång Netflix, Disney plus etc. Hela hotellet i sin helhet var underbart vackert. Väldigt centralt med gångavstånd till det mesta. "Property is in ZTL Zone. Ela was very friendy and helpful. We had the Delure room which is very roomy and with 4m ceiling. U can walk everywhere from there. Room was cleaned and mordern. The entrance was a bit unique, it resemble warehouse. Interesting little hotel."

The residence is about a 13 minute drive to park to see the historic sights. Our room was on the second floor but Stefano assisted us carrying up luggage. "Wonderful stay in a wonderful place. The views from the terrace (where breakfast is served weather permitting) and the executive rooms on to the cathedral are spectacular. All the staff is super friendly and keen to help. The hotel or relais is beautifully decorated and everything is spotlessly clean. That is also true for the rooms which all have antique furniture. "Property reached out to make sure that we knew how to find them from the station and that we would be able to arrive smoothly. Room was comfortable and cool after a long hot day. Staff was friendly and helpful, view from the breakfast area was marvelous start to the day. Loved the skylight above the bed to let the morning light in."
