This was a great experience we were greeted as we drove up to the property by name as they were waiting for us! "We drove to the ryokan from Nagoya Centrair and had no problems finding it. Parking was free and it was conveniently located right next to the ropeway (which was great!). Food was delicious and the onsen was great too. The only negative feedback I have is that certain parts of the room was dusty and perhaps the room needs to be cleaned more. Otherwise, it was an very pleasant overall stay."

"The hotel was a perfect Japanese style accommodation. The hotel staff did not speak a lot of English, but we were able to make it through. The building was clean and well kept. Very few amenities and has a shared shower room. Overall a good experience."

"夜８時ころチェックインしましたが、このホテル以外に周りには明かりがほとんどなく、海辺に静かに建っているホテルでした。シーンとした雰囲気がとても良かったです。部屋の階のエレベーター脇に喫煙所があり、いまどき分煙もしてないことに驚きました…。お風呂は広かったですけど、温泉としてはどうなの？と思いました。朝食はまさに旅館の朝ごはんって感じでした。美味しかったです。"

"Clean, staff all very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect for family of 4. Central location. Amenities amazing. Would stay again for long term. For a short stay in Nagoya however, I would avoid, especially on weekends as street in front gets full of drunk people and bar workers calling customers in. Most surrounding buildings are filled with small bars and adult massage parlors (there are many normal massage salons and cafes, restaurants too). Lots of undercover cops as well so it's safe, but...
