"What a warm welcome we received on arrival, with smiling, helpful staff who provide useful information without being asked. The food was very nice too, both dinner and breakfast, with good nice relaxing pool and sauna facilities to relax in as well. We will be back, as a good place to stop for a break to a long journey south from Scotland."

"Stayed here 3 times short walk from the station! Stayed in room 205 which is at the rear of the building so nice and quiet away from the city traffic noise! We always book DB&B excellent value, the hotel seemed quieter than previous visits. Pre-dinner drinks were very very limited as bar person said they were waiting for a delivery actually only Guinness on draft & beer fridge almost empty! My partner & I both choose the soup which was delicious he had chicken curry which was an large portion together with trimmings I choose seafood "
