Looking over the channel, watching the seals and listening to the buoy bell ring as the ships went by created a serene and relaxing atmosphere with our morning coffee. Thank you for being so accommodating with my early arrival. Wendy was excellent in extending her willingness to help us with anything that we needed during our stay. This Inn was the perfect location to town, the farmer's market, any other excursions that we had planned, and made for a great place to unwind after a fun filled day. I really feel that I got lucky finding this property! It was Amazing and just what I needed!"

"Another beautiful property with views and easy access to float plane launch, stores (Safeway & Walmart), and "downtown" which on Kodiak Island is very quaint House is about one mile from harbor, where there is a minimal, brewery, Nuniaq (breakfast/lunch), Henry's, Aquamarine restaurant (side-by-side), bank, info center, all near harbor and easy walking distance. Property, was roomy, clean, and allowed for parking on or off street. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, and the owners were easy to communicate with. Great stay!"

"Such a nice room - well appointed and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a relaxing view of Near Island Channel. The Captain’s Quarters had a dedicated parking space along the road, and a separate entrance that is clearly marked. Easy to find and easy to access (provided that a few stairs are not a limitation). The hosts are responsive to questions sent through the Expedia app, but not invasive or otherwise bothersome. I enjoyed my 3-night stay and would absolutely consider staying there again in the future. "
