"The property was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the view was incredible. Breakfast was the standard continental with waffle makers, scrambled eggs, and oatmeal. Coffee was good to get the day started. It was a solid base camp to enjoy Chincoteague Island, and will definitely return!"

"Staying in a "floating" bungalow was unique. Warning to those with mobility issues: it is not very easy to get up and onto the porch. It was quite a long walk on narrow, floating piers to get to the bungalow we were staying in, then it's a large step up from the floating pier onto the porch, especially during low tide. Maybe those folks that take the reservations should ask customers if they have mobility issues before making the reservation."

"This was a great place to stay! I loved having a balcony that looks over the bay and enjoyed the pool area. The staff was friendly and although my room wasn't ready by check-in time, they found me a comparable room that turned out to be better than my original one promised. I understood the reasoning behind not being ready, as we showed up on Labor Day and they'd had a fully booked weekend. The elevator worked great and was a huge plus for me as I have knee trouble. Overall, highly recommend this hotel!"

"This rental is amazing. This is our third time renting. The screened in porches are so relaxing and the view is beautiful. The shore birds and the deer are easy to spot from the upper porch. So quiet and relaxing. The house itself has everything you would want for comfort and convenience. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms spacious enough for a family. I try to get this rental every summer. I promise you will have no regrets."
