"The place was ok for us. It was smaller than I expected. Definitely need updated. The bed and pillows were terrible. The outside porch was nice to watch the sunrise. Needs a mini split for air conditioning not the window unit it’s has in. Hard to cool the whole place with it. It is better than staying in a hotel room. If we would vacation there again we would probably look for a different place to stay if the upgrades are not done."

"I have stayed here 3times in 6 weeks my only issue I had was this first night. Room has a lot of drain flies, was assisted right away and put in a new room. I was very grateful for that. Other than the flies in the room Friday night I had another reservation for Friday to Sunday. I will stay again every year"

"Staff was friendly, room was spacious and clean but there was hair on the pillows luckily I take my own linen . Located in a beautiful place, nice view from the room, breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"The property is a little dated, lots of references to how it was the Island Motor Inn before and yep it feels like a 1980s motel. Slightly awkward layout (sofa is nowhere near the TV, closet takes up space in the middle of the room). But the beds were comfortable, the housekeeping staff great, and the price was good for being on-island in August."
