"One of the worst check in experience I had encountered. Unhelpful & poor attitude front office staff. Also, very misleading check in information. It’s said 24hrs by self service kiosks which do not issue room so there are no difference from indicating honest check in timing. "The overall experience was quite good. Three items prevented our rating from a 10. First, the numerous power outages that caused stoppage of elevators. Second, the room was nice but larger suitcases had difficulty in the space. Third, the shower hot water was not sufficiently hot although the sink was perfectly fine. If those items can be corrected you would get a 10 rating from us."
