"Amazing staff and prompt responses to concerns. Our fridge was not cold and since they cannot fix it and unable to swap with another fridge, they offered a discount on our bill, and stored any perishables in their facility fridge."

"Great hotel in great location with excellent staff. The only slightly disappointing element was breakfast: while it was in a nice location - Hydra Restaurant right next to the hotel - choice was somewhat limited for guests with a B&B package."

"Area of town was not ideal but we were there for an appointment."

"Liked the location."

"All the staff were great, the bed was heaven and the robes and slippers were great too. The pool was amazing. The staff ate extra courteous."

"great location in Vancouver"

"Very well appointed and clean room. Lobby very nice and staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant Aloutte was exceptional! Had two breakfast there and two dinners. Escargot and bouillabaisse were excellent."

"Muy recomendable"

"Perfect if you wanted to stay in downtown but far away enough where you don’t hear the hustle and bustle of downtown but everything is still walkable! Highly recommend spending one night in and ordering room service!"

"Great location - close to yaletown, concerts and walkability. Staff were all helpful, pool was great in the AM."
