"Rooms were clean & comfortable- the hotel is older and doesn’t have breakfast. The hotel is a little dated but not a big deal."

"The hotel is nice and good quality. However the heating was horrendous, we pulled up at midnight to a room with no heat on in the mid 50s. I did not need my sick wife shivering in a bedroom that took over an hour to warm up 10 degrees. The ADA needs refining as light switches and other minor things were hard to reach. And the only closet was out of reach for anyone in a wheelchair."

"Gil and Flora were awesome hosts, and the house was perfect for our family. With it being February, we were inside a little more, but the horses and goats are awesome to have so close. Family space was perfect, and we loved having dinners and hangout time together in a comfortable place. We will be back for sure and maybe even in the off-season again, as Capitol Reef Park is less busy, and the hiking was great."

"Clean room, and so close to Capital Reef NP! The onsite pizza restaurant was a bonus after a long day of hiking and before heading back out for stargazing. From room to hiking was less than a 10 minute drive. Affordable and super close option for visiting Capital Reef NP! "

"Beautiful home, well stocked and great location by the park; we had a lovely stay and hope to return. We did provide the rental manager feedback on several issues that impacted our stay which they acknowledged and will hopefully address 1. washing machine door was probably closed for a long time and it is caked with mildew. We are trying to clean it but it’s not a healthy environment considering it is used for sheets and towels. I'm running a clean cycle 2. tea kettle was full of black gunk that took a lot of time to clean. Still finding floaters in my tea 3. smallest pot is a large stockpot, would be nice to add one. 4. No cleaning supplies, I used laundry detergent for the washer but it may not kill the spores in the gasket "
