"Very clean and neat, bathroom was very clean. Restaurant was near rooms and menu was very inclusive. Pool and hot tub was were well maintained and in good shape. Breakfast was fine and the gentleman who prepared our breakfast meal was polite and friendly. We highly recommend the Broken Spur! Haley, our waitress, was wonderful and will be remembered!"

"This small apartment at the back of a larger home had all we needed for a short stay with our family of 4. It's very close to Capitol Reef, and the view from the rental was wonderful. We enjoyed watching the wildlife that visited the river. Though connected to the larger house, the rental was quiet and private. "Was a great landing spot in the middle of the places we were going to explore, Capitol Reef, Torrey for food, Boulder Mtn, Thousand Lake Mountain and Fish Lake area. Plus Loa has a good super market for supplies. The kitchen makes it nice to cook your own meals which can save a lot of money to not eat out until you want to. "

"The beds were very comfy, the grounds were nice with a pond and a little pasture with goats. These looked brand new! The bathroom was huge. Everything was very nicely laid out. Note: the beds up in the loft are comfy but there is definitely not a lot of room up there - it is basically a crawl space our boys were able to situp in bed, but they are 5'11 and 5'9. It's to be expected with a tiny home. Also, the restaurant up the hill does not turn off their lights all night so bring a sleep mask...
