The best thing about this hotel is the front desk staff, the hot springs and the lake - very old and dated and though knew that when I booked it - the main hotel is getting a little less than charming though - time for some updates for sure

Outdated and poorly maintained. Smelly room , dirty carpet. No daily room service unless requested. Towels left by the door even didn't bother to go inside the room .
