"We booked a room with a view of The Massif and it was completely worth it as the view is incredible! You also get the same view from the dining room and bar and comfy seating areas which were great for relaxing and taking it all in. The room was clean and modern although only minor disappointment was the bathroom which could do with an upgrade to match the quality of the rest of the hotel. The pool was lovely, a great space to relax after a long hike the day before. Initially we had concerns over being isolated in this location but for a couple of days we had no issues. Good dining options in the hotel and we booked hikes and transfers through ‘The Masssif’ who are based at the hotel and we’re great. Overall highly recommend."

"The hotel is impressive! -one of those rare occasions when you get what it says in the tin!! The building is impressive, the spaces are well-lit, comfortable, facilities are good, staff is super-helpful, the food is amazing, the rooms are spacious. The views are great, short walking distance into town; and you are the doorstep of Torres del Paine! "
