"Hotel Eremo is a former monastery. You are greeted immediately by name by the friendly staff. The property is serene, dining is available outside in a courtyard, at the pool, in your room. "This is just such an amazing place! The service, the quality, the hospitality and pretty much everything else at such a level! The breakfast is superb with lots of fresh cakes and a nice selection. Comfortable and and spacious rooms. There's no point in looking for restaurants in the area when you have the chance to be pampered by staff who are present and courteous but never intrusive. Dinners we had were the best we had on our 9 day trip in Sicily. The staff (both Antonio's and the dining staff) is the best you can find in an accommodation facility and we thank them for the kindness and courtesy that distinguished them over the three days we stayed there!structure in excellent condition. As an American, would highly recommend staying at this hotel."
