"The manor house and estate was spectacular. We were a little disappointed in that we booked to stay in this wonderful manor, but upon arrival we were told that our room was located in a small house on the property about 400yards from the manor house by the entrance gate. It was referred to at the "lodge" Reception staff were efficient, but not exactly friendly. The breakfast was exceptional."

"The location of the hotel is obviously its biggest asset, and the rooms are perfectly adequate for a single night. Although the wet room is s good idea for saving space, it does mean that the floor is permanently wet once the shower has been used, and I noticed the floor of the main room was slightly sticky, presumably as water had been transferred into it from the wet room. The ability to check in online is useful, however I found the 'app' was rather inconsistent when operating the lift. So it's a good idea to get a key card. The 20% discount at certain restaurants was welcome, given the inflated airport prices. In conclusion, I'd definitely use the hotel again."
