We were visiting Chico for an event and this lovely place happened to be right down the street. If the weather had been better, we'd been able to take advantage of the park, right across the street! The unit was private, very nicely appointed, and had a comfortable king-sized bed. Perfect for our visit.

I'm dropping my daughter off at Chico State and this studio was the perfect place to stay! Cozy and pretty and it had everything I needed! Super comfortable bed and the wind chimes lulled me to sleep! Private and quiet and very user friendly! This is my go-to for visits!

The guesthouse was just as described in the listing, and offered my fiancé and I everything we needed on our four day trip to Chico. The house is located in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood, close to downtown and area attractions, like the One Mile Swimming Pool. We could get to restaurants and shopping within five minutes by car, so all amenities were nearby. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book the property again.

Stunningly lovely and well cared-for! I felt pampered from the second I walked through the door. 10/10 will stay here again next time I’m in town and have already helped my mother book it for a week-long stay for herself.

The style and decor of the place is awesome. The thermostat kept the temp perfect. Location right next to the park was conducive to morning runs. It was nice to be able to do laundry too. Kitchen was well stocked in order to make meals. Even though it is attached to a residence, it was totally a private and separate living space.

The Bed is AMAZING. Nice soft mattress, comforter and pillows. The Loft is obviously a professional renovation. All the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Only one suggestion: Change the shower head - it was like I was being pressure washed!

I loved the bed! Using my computer for movies worked well. Obviously the internet was strong. Actually, I loved EVERYTHING about this place. The center of downtown Chico was a lovely mile and a quarter walk, which I took almost every day.

This was one of the best short term rental we've ever stayed at. Great neighborhood. Super quiet. Felt like a high end hotel. The bed and pillows were so great, it was hard getting out of bed. Very clean. Lots of charging stations for all your electronics. Close to downtown. Definitely will return.

I was a bit disappointed when I found out this rental was above a garage at a residence home. The balcony over looked the backyard of the residence. We didn’t spend any time on the balcony because of that. It is just a block off the HWY so with the windows open you could hear the HWY. Besides that, it was very private. The location was great being across the street from Bidwell Park. Downtown was just a mile or so away. I would stay there again.

Loved my stay here! It’s the kind of property that you could see yourself moving into for a month and then just going on long hikes and sitting at coffee houses all day. Very private too! I would only add a keurig for those of us that like using pods. I’ll be back!
