"Showed up at 11:30p with a prepaid reservation and there was no room for me (and few rooms in the city). Staff was clearly overwhelmed and frustrated but told me they couldn’t help me at all and I should call Expedia to get my money back and find a room. So…could not have been much worse."

"Nice enough stay - great location and Lynette (lobby hostess) was Extra Sweet and Helpful with Chicago info and a smile. But 4 things bothered me 1) Noise level in dining room and lobby Way too Loud - even after breakfast service was over, Loud music and Very Loud TVs were annoying my friend trying ..."
