"Hotel staff tried to blame every issue I had on Expedia. Particularly one staff member who said that they didn’t offer rooms with two queen beds (the one I booked), and Expedia was the issue. I had to have Expedia contact them- and turns out the DID have rooms like that (it’s even in their website), ..."
