Our Tree Top Condo is perfect for gatherings with it's open floor plan. The kitchen is the heart of the home and this one overlooks the breakfast bar, fireplace and spacious living room/dining room. Even if you are the cook, you are still a part of it all!
A Spacious 1700 sq.ft. condo in a stunning blonde brick/limestone 1928 building on a tree lined avenue. We are a fully licensed vacation rental #2087704 and 1 of only 73 licensed vacation condos in Chicago! We are celebrating our 21st year of hosting and our 15th year hosting our Chicago condos. Master suite with whirlpool tub and separate shower. A very quiet and secure 4 unit building with front lobby entrance.
The entrance boxwood garden which is enclosed by beautiful wrought iron fencing is a hint of what awaits you inside the exquisite vintage building. There is also a fenced rear garden which can be enjoyed from your back porch. We also have a 2/bed 2/bath listed on VRBO Free inter net & long distance phone.

The interior of the unit is grand & open. The living room, dining area & kitchen over look the tree tops through the seven large windows. The finishing touch in the entertainment area is the Italian marble fireplace.

On the Evanston Border, only 1 mile from the quaint downtown home to shops, restaurants and of course Northwestern University. Loyola University and Park on Lake Michigan are only 1 mile away, a mere 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk.
Just 6 blocks to the Union Pacific train that takes you to the heart of the city in 15 minutes. Ravinia Park which is an amazing out door concert venue is reachable by the same train in 20 minutes.

Walking distance to the Red Line as well as bus service so you can reach the city center with in 20 minute. This is truly a great place to call home while exploring all the wonderful things that Chicago and the wonderful North Shore communities of Evanston, Wilmette and Kennelworth have to offer. Wrigley Field home to the World Series Championship Cubs is just 15 minutes from our location!

Property is clean well maintained. Quite neighborhood in the evenings. Garage parking for 1 vehicle was great bonus, no searching for steet parking after a busy day. Property manager was great and even helped make sure we received a ups delivery we needed during our stay.a

Extended family get away

The property was perfect for our needs. The house was immaculate. The bathrooms were great. The kitchen was spacious. The garage parking was narrow but the description accurately forewarned of the vehicle size limitations. Location was central to our plans so we were able to drive or Uber around to our activities with ease. We would stay here again and would recommend to friends, family and anyone looking for an alternative to hotel rooms.

Gorgeous Condo

Beautiful property. The three bedrooms were all spacious. The loving room, dining room, and kitchen were equally spacious. Neighborhood is quiet. An all-around wonderful stay.

Spent a few days in Chicago for a short family vacation. This VRBO was central to the activities we wanted to do. All went well. A few more nonessential supplies would have been handy- a broom, dish soap, kitchen wash rags for example. No big deal, just suggestions! Thanks!

Huge great place, nice location and garage parking

Stayed two nights. Great location in Rogers park. Property manager is on site and gave a lovely tour of property. Also had a binder with restaurants, things to do, etc which I appreciate! Large kitchen, laundry, garage parking for car. Everything was lovely!

Ross, the property manager, is very courteous and helpful. Property clean and well-appointed. Family group with 2 dogs. Took Uber rides into city to see museums and shows. Garage parking was nice. Very quiet neighborhood at night. Overall a nice, well-managed property that we highly recommend.

Great spot for larger group in Rogers Park

Very convenient and comfortable property. Having the garage to park in was great, but it was a tight fit for our mini-van we rented! Communication and hospitality was all top-notch!

Pleasant week in Chicago

On our visit we found spaciousness, convenience, locality, and peacefulness both in our rental and around. It was a nice rental as an easy home base to set out of, and a welcome respite to return to. We would rent the unit again, and do hope to be back. Very nice trip and place of stay. Thank you!

Chicago Labor Day Weekend Visit

Great place, just a little far from the touristy things in downtown, mostly because of traffic. Very attentive on-site property manager. Very comfortable stay for two couples and one single adult.

Fantastic home in Chicago!

We loved this rental in Chicago! It was spacious and in a safe neighborhood. It allowed us to relax at the end of each day and wasn't too far from all the places we wanted to visit. Out host, Ross, was extremely gracious and very helpful when we arrived. I can't say enough good things about this property!

Beautiful, comfortable stay

The apartment is beautifully decorated and updated. Ross, the host gave us a welcome tour and everything was clearly explained. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. We were relieved our rental minivan (just barely) fit in the garage! We did the kitchen wasn't as well equipped as we would have liked, but we were cooking a Thanksgiving meal which may have been a bit ambitious. The meal turned out well and we enjoyed our stay immensely!

Home away from home!

Beautiful and spacious unit with everything you could ask for. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. Great hospitality and Ross met us for checkin even though our flight had been delayed. Wonderful location and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the CTA station (Howard). Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Spot

The apartment was really spacious. It was very clean and the check in and out process was smooth. The property manager Ross was easy to deal with. The location is only a 10-15 minute walk from the red line which came in handy when wanting to go into the city. Over all this was a really good VRBO experience

Cozy and lovely space.

I stayed with a group of friends, Chicago being a central location for us. The large couch and full dining room table was great for spending a snowy afternoon by the fireplace and cooking meals. The property manager was kind and helpful. I highly recommend this space.

First time in Chicago

The condo was beautiful. Spacious, nicely decorated, had everything and more of the things you would need. The location was near everything that was important to us. Josh, the manager, was great. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in Chicago.

Very well maintained

The unit was just as described. It was well maintained and the host was very accommodating. Plenty of room for my family of five. Train station was within walking distance and we made it to downtown Chicago in under an hour. We had trouble finding many family restaurants close by. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.
