"I really liked the location. I traveled solo, and felt safe even when coming back at night. The hotel was nice, but the carpet floor had a Urine smell, it was not nice to go to my room and smell it everyday. Overall everything was fine, my room had a good view, and the staff were good. I recommend it you are on a budget, but honestly I feel I could have found a better hotel for the price I paid for it."

"It wasnt very clear in the itinerary whether breakfast vouchers were included or not. It was not. I was also charged $150 security deposit that supposedly will be returned after 5 days. I was not prepared for this fee. It was nice, but I feel it was not worth how much I paid for what was received in return."

"Hotel was conveniently located near shops, restaurants, navy pier, museums Lake Shore Drive and other sites. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was helpful. The room was reasonably priced. Only concern was the lobby was a little neglected and unappealing."
