"The room was perfect and the staff is so nice and helpful! The parking was pretty expensive but understandable. There is a chipotle connected which was perfect for when we wanted to grab a quick dinner! Last thing is that breakfast ended at 9 am which was quite early for us who had stayed out late so I wish it was until at least 10 am"

"Staff was very helpful, loved that you needed your key to get in past a certain time. We did slightly wierded out when staff came by on our first day, knocked and then immediately opened our door. A nice gesture was offered but it was something we didn't expect to happen. Other than that, we were close the buses and trains. Plenty of food options within walking distance."

"Great hotel in an excellent location, close to the Riverwalk and within walking distance of so many attractions. The hotel was quiet, clean, and nicely updated. We especially enjoyed the amenities and the really nice-sized pool. Overall, a great place to stay and explore Chicago!"
