NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY - $750 delivery fine). This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Must respect other neighbors. Noise level must be minimal after 9pm. There is a noise level city ordinance, we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will results in a termination of your reservation and the security deposit will be retained. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding.

Everything was wonderful except the bathroom. When we checked in there was quite a bit of hair on the floor of the bathroom and in the tub. Everything else was very clean. Beds comfortable. Water pressure good. Felt safe in the area. Hard to find a parking spot Friday night. The kids had fun with all the games.
Stayed 3 nights in May 2025
