This is the best location for our family which is why we stay here every time we go to Chicago! We love all of the restaurants and dining near by and it's just a block or two away from Michigan Ave. We use Spot Hero to park our car in a garage on the block over which is super convenient. The bedroom has two queen size beds and the living room has a sofa sleeper. It's perfect for our family of 4. We will stay here again!

This was such a great place! My bestie and I stayed here for a weekend, and it is a prime location. We paid for parking with spot hero (80 for 3 days). We walked to restaurants and bars. It is such a central location that Lyfts to other areas were only 10. Also, we loved the beds! So cozy and super clean. Only complaint was we didn’t have WiFi and the owner couldn’t get it figured out, but sure it’ll be fixed for future guests. We would definitely stay here again!

The host was very responsive and timely. The toilet wasn't flushing and a plumber arrived in an hour to fix it and this was the day before Thanksgiving. Some of the appliances are old and have issues and since we were there for the holiday we needed to heat up our Thanksgiving meal and use the dishwasher. We were still able to figure it out. We loved the location as it was close proximity to Michigan Ave and yet it felt like home. Would recommend for anyone wanting the classic Chicago experience.

We loved our stay at this Brownstone! It’s the perfect location - very close to Rush St. and everything the Gold Coast has to offer, but also just a couple blocks away from Michigan Ave. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of parking garage options. It was perfect for our family of 4

The property is in the middle of a very nice neighborhood. Safe and easy to get around. Everything is a walk or subway trip away. The property is clean and very nice. It was perfect for what we needed.

Beautiful home. I felt very self and comfortable. The owner responded to our needs right away. Convenient walking to the beach and restaurants/shopping. My only feedback so that other's will know, is that you need to walk up a few flights of stairs which was not expressed in the description of the property. It made it more challenging for my 81 year old mother.

Disappointed at oversll condition of unit. Very outdated, different furnishings than advertised. Beds creaked so badly it was hard to sleep. Poor water pressure in shower and only given 2 towels per person. Called about creaking beds was told they would send maintenance, they never showed. Location is only redeeming quality of this property.

Perfect!

The location couldn’t have been better! Loved the neighborhood, loved the view, loved the unit. Be aware that it’s on the third floor with no elevator, but it’s worth the flights of stairs. We will definitely be back!

Grad trip

Me and my friends came here for a grad trip getaway, and found this property which was affordable and in a good location! Getting to the location was very easy and the neighborhood is very nice, everything is within walking distance almost depending on what you wanna do, in my opinion the building is extremely safe! The only thing is that the living room is missing a couple of lounge pieces, but that is it. Our stay day was very nice and we loved it and we definitely if we come back will be booking the same place!!
