All of the staff were wonderful to work with. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was in a wonderful location and worked perfect for our event. We have stayed at Hamptons before and they are always fantastic.

I liked the fact that they lock their doors at 11pm until 6am which make you feel safe. Also I was able to take the bus to Chicago and ther3 are a lot of restaurants option near the hotel. Breakfast was also good with different option to choose from.

Terry at the front desk was great. Took good care of us when our room type was not what we booked. The room was spacious but dated. The couch was broken, the luggage rack was broken, the bedspreads were beat up, and the towels were old.
