"It was clean, location was fantastic, close walk to some of the sights we wanted to see & the lakeshore. Didn’t have any issues with safety. Service at the restaurant they have there was extremely slow. We would stay at the hotel again."

"Our stay at L7 was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. The amenities were nice. The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The hotel was built in 1912, so has some quirks that come with age, but I think adds to the ambience. The location is convenient to train lines, with a short walk from the blue line if you're coming and going from O'Hare."
