- Dogs and cats are welcome here with prior approval. $50 per pet fee applies. Pets must not be left unattended unless crated, must observe quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee does not cover damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or excessive hair or odor removal.



- Part of securing your reservation may include a quick ID check and short screening.



After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details. Through that link, you’ll also have the option to add a $35 non-refundable Damage Waiver.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for certain accidental damage that may happen during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Coverage is limited to qualifying accidents and does not include intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, negligence, misuse, or house-rule violations.

If you decide not to add the waiver, any damage charges that apply during your stay will remain your responsibility.
