It was nice and the staff was very friendly. The only problem was it didn't have a restaurant. It was just like picking up food at a service station.

One of the treadmills was broke so we could only use 1 at a time and needed more for our group. Shower also leaked all over the floor which was an issue. The room was clean and staff helpful

The room was clean and quiet for being so close to O’Hare. Staff was friendly and accommodating I’ve found aloft to be on the modern side from a design perspective and this facility did not disappoint.

Great location! The room was clean and quiet. And can’t go wrong with free coffee every morning. Lol. The only dislike was the pillows weren’t the best and the blinds around the edges would let in sunlight in the morning if you’re trying to sleep in. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
